"The staff was super friendly. Remembered us from begging of school year college move in."

"We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful. Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel."

"The guest wi-fi did not work , the front desk staff tried to help and connected me with tech support , who hung up on me . I had work to accomplish and had to use my own data to do it . The rest of the hotel was fine but this was unacceptable."

"Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend. "
