Sota Suite is modern, sleek and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts would take a while to get to us sometimes, by passing our floors multiple time. Breakfast was limited, not always consistent with having the scrambled eggs available, but there was always something to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful.

Loved the hotel, however sadly there wasnt always an employee at the desk which wasnt helpful and the luggage storage was just in the middle of the lobby accessible for everyone even strangers

Location is perfect - connected to Busan station. Size of the apartment was perfect for family of 4. The only thing I didn't like was accumulating the trash and rubbish throughout my 5 night's stay as there was no housekeeping service
