"Ordered in room dining late at night (post midnight) after my flight. I asked for an approximate estimate of when it would be ready, I was assured it would be 30 minutes to the room. And sure enough it was! And it was hot, tasty, and delicious. Also very reasonably priced. The room was well cleaned and presented! Check-in was seamless and the staff were very attentive at that ungodly hour. Thank you!"

"This is my go to hotel in Vancouver. The staff are incredibly friendly. The amenities are exactly what I need and the beds are very comfortable. In my opinion this is likely one of the best “value to price” stays in the city. The restaurant is worth a visit! The food and staff are excellent. One little side note, the windows are single pane and you’re on a main street. If you’re a light sleeper, take some earplugs "

"We, a family of three, wanted a relaxed overnight stay in Vancouver. Unfortunately, it requires more than one night to adapt to this hotel's eccentric room amenities. Our child immediately grabbed the sensor activated candy, $12 for some gummy bears, that we were told would be refunded, and wasn't. The fridge was completely loaded with sales items and unusable. You have to order another fridge apparently. No kettle, and it took over an hour to get one by seemingly confused staff (insisting there was already a kettle in the room). And a coffee maker that is as loud as a jack hammer, waking up my wife and kid. So the first night in this hotel is a mildly stressful exercise. Next hotel I'll phone ahead and quiz them on the amenities."
