Overall great hotel, food and experience. My only thing which is not the hotel fault is to really get the great beach you definitely need to go to seven mile beach:

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Definitely a clean luxury condo. The only con is that it’s still undergoing construction, so the gym isn’t available yet. Otherwise, the rooms are very spacious and the interior design is great. The partial ocean view is quite literally a piece of the ocean, but the rooftop pool has a great view, which *kind of* makes up for it. There is also construction going on adjacent to the property, so the trees there may not obstruct the ocean view (if they decide to take them down). All in all, I’d definitely recommend and would stay here if I visited the island again.

Fantastic hotel! Top notch service and amenities!!

The rooms were definitely a highlight — very spacious and large, which was a big plus for our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong smell resembling a dirty mop, which was unpleasant and never fully went away. The elevator near our room was also out of service for the entire week we were there, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the laundry machines were unreliable — they worked inconsistently and often had issues with coins getting stuck, making it frustrating to use. Another downside was the lack of beach service. Guests were expected to carry their own beach chairs, which was quite inconvenient. It would make a big difference if the hotel provided proper beach chair setup and service for guests. Overall, while the room size was great, the maintenance and guest services need significant improvement.
