It was clean and welcoming, staff were awesome as well! Got a good breakfast before leaving and check out was easy😃

Room was clean, but the sink in bathroom did not drain properly. The tub plug was broken. The portable air conditioner is very loud and the lights dim when it turn on and keeps you awake. There where no blackout curtains so the room was very bright because of all the lights that were on outside of the room. The check out staff in the morning where great. Never made it to bar or the new restaurants was to late when I checked in. Location is great close to Airport.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms are very spacious. They have a great outdoor sitting area with fire pits and great views of the golf course.

We felt very lucky to have been able to secure the one bedroom suite as we have our little dog Akira with us. They are especially kind to dogs as Akira received a welcome bag and gift with a towel, treat and some notes about where she can go in the Comox Valley area. The suite was spacious, and had a full kitchen and dining table which was great since it was difficult for us to go out to eat in a restaurant. We have been living in a condo in Victoria for about a month which does not have a balcony and so when I discovered there was a BBQ onsite, my husband took the opportunity to use it for a steak dinner in our hotel room. The pet friendly suite also gave us direct access to the garden from our patio which was great, especially for our morning coffee. Our room was right by the front, which also meant we had quick access to the coffee and snack bar by the lobby. The access to the Courteney Riverwalk was fantastic. Very easy access to downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling with a spoiled little dog.
