I expected a room with AC when I was searching I did put WiFi restaurant AC and fridge
I arrived in a room hot as h@&$
Didn’t had fridge in room and I have a diabetic child so I had to buy a cooler to put ice in it.
I had to store the bag with medicine by the front desk because that was the only fridge that they could provide.
They couldn’t provide a ice bucket
On my very next day I had to go to the doctor with my child due to allergies (fan was dirty) and she is allergic to dust
Wanted to check out and i had to lose all the money if I wanted to go “policy” pffff
That was on my very first day after an 11hour flight and the next day.

The only real issue we have with our staywas it very difficult to stay cool because they just don't really do air conditioning in Europe and we just happen to get there doing a heat wave for the price I should have looked a little harder to see that they didn't have air conditioning that was a huge plus if they did that's the only thing that kept them from getting five stars
