« The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family. »

« There was a young persons football tournament on resulting lots of them around the hotel which is fine however parents allowed them to run riot which could have been avoided had the staff been more hands on and ‘seen’
Yes parents should be monitoring their children and if not should be told by staff if children were misbehaving but nothing was said as there was not enough staff to monitor or deal with the situation

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »
