"The hotel needs some help in the maintenance, cleanliness and food quality standard areas. The room was not very clean. From the window sills to the walls, it had dead insects on the window sills. There was stuff on the walls. (who knows?). The room that we were in as you look out had 4 transforms less than 10 feet from the bedroom window. The lobby has carpet that has many tripping hazard due to in proper installation. (ripples). Breakfast - Communal Milk and Yogurt (Not dated or labeled! In the state that we are from that is a Health Code Violation. The breakfast selection was not the normal from other Country Inns and Suites that we stayed. Staff were enjoying their morning meals taking up valuable customer real estate. The Front Desk staff were friendly and efficient at check in."

"The size of the beds are wrong. I had a queen size bed room. It was the size of a full bed ."

"The breakfast was excellent. Everything was kept clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly. As usual in hotels the AC switched on and off making it noisy. The bedclothes did not allow for maintaining a comfortable sleeping temperature. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was quiet."

"The linens were not clean. Food and hair in both beds. I requested replacement and I would change them myself. When I received them and removed the dirty linens, the mattress cover and mattress was coated with urine and other bodily fluids. The floors were dirty. The room smelled like dirt and cigarettes. So sad this is a representation of Athens, GA"
