The room was very clean & well maintained. Lovely breakfast basket provided. Located right in the city centre. Free long stay car park 1 minute walk. Power shower in room. Spoke to reception and were very helpful and friendly. Definitely stay again.

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

Booked this property on a Saturday to stay that night turned up there was people staying there that told us we have to phone the hotel so get the PIN code to get in so we did only to be told over the phone that there was no rooms available due to renovation so we asked for a refund n we’ve not received any refund whatsoever !!!! Nothing to say on the website about renovations, scammers avoid!
