The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. « The apartment met our needs. It was very cold when we got there, but we called and got an extra heater, which helped a lot. We planned to stay 6 nights, but only stayed 4 nights because of an ice storm. I think it would be a nice place for a weekend stay. We had to get a can opener and mixing bowls because there weren’t any in the apartment. Not all the windows had blinds. They would be nice to have especially in the bathroom.
