She definitely needs recognition!" It felt like the perfect location, with everything being a short distance away. The restaurant in the hotel was the highlight! The food was absolutely amazing—some of the best food on the island. We had a nice oceanfront view from our room. I loved having a gallon of water in the room as a heavy water drinker. We loved our room even though it had a few imperfections, such as chipping on the bed frame. The TV in the master bedroom was not set up for viewing; it would stay stuck on the “source or Wi‑Fi connection” page. Housekeeping could have done a better job. For instance, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk twice for more. Then, apparently, a pipe burst and shut off the water service for about 5–7 hours. I understand things happen, but we weren’t given a heads-up or notice until there was no water coming to the room."
