I was not really happy with the room I was given.
I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1.
The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible.
The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.

"We have stayed here before and had a great experience but unfortunately this time we had a very small room (16) - at full price. The door hit the bed as you went in and you could barely get around one side of the bed. The shower couldn’t be changed from red hot - we won’t stay here again."

In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult.
