"This was our second time staying at Hyatt Place (another location the first time) and we were disappointed with the breakfast items. For first timers, the pictures on the app can be misleading but our 1st experience was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and we had a variety to choose from unlike this time. We prefer vegetarian items and the pancakes smelled and tasted like bacon which was also available. Unfortunately, our kids couldn't enjoy them and had to discard. However, that was the only drawback,otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was regularly serviced and kept clean. We requested for a microwave and that was also sent to our room so we really appreciate that. Looking forward to a better experience next time."

"Beautiful hotel with absolutely top-tier staff. Rooms are amazing, impeccably clean and modern. The only complaint that I have is I didn't know companies could make pillows that bad, they feel like a pillowcase filled with about six loose socks. Just a heads up! "

"Overall it was good, breakfast was good, and the room was nice for the price, however there were some things in the room that were a little surpsing, this biggest ones were missing tiles in the bathroom, and no cover on the duvet (which was yellowing quite badly), and a few smaller things like thread-bare washcloths and most outlets not working. Other than that the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful, and the parking lot is convenient and easy to get into. They just need some updates and repairs."
