"Overall this property did what i needed it to do. Didn't smell like smoke and it was quiet and everyone was professional and reapectful. It was close to everywhere we needed to go which was a major plus too. "

"Stayed here back in November 2025, the stay itself was ok, room not huge, but had all you needed. On check in they explained they take a $300 deposit which is refundable after 21 days. The refund was never received, when I contacted them they said it was nothing to do with them and to contact my bank, which I did and it was down to the hotel to refund my refund. My daughter has since stayed at this hotel and the same thing has happened, they’ve taken $300 “refundable” deposit and it has not been returned, the hotel are now not answering emails, and we have contacted our bank who have now opened an investigation. Absolutely disgusting service, it’s stealing and customer service is non existent! My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to go elsewhere, as this hotel is a con!"
