Forfaits vacances – Bantou

Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip .

Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

The check-in experience was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, with great sound insulation. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The location is convenience but the facility is not really up to 4.5 star.

Booked through Expedia but unfortunately hotel did not have a confirmed booking. Had to pay again at the hotel. It was frustrating after a delayed long flight from Sydney. Luckily I had a friend who could translate to sort out the bookings and the front desk staff handled it professionally. I provided Expedia with all the documents to prove double payments and it resulted in a refund after a few days. From now on, I will personally confirm directly with booked hotels to avoid a repeat.
