Great view, nice room, complimentary wine tasting was a bonus but the room could’ve been cleaner. Overall a good stay.

Great location right on the beach, just a few minute walk into town, with a beautiful view. Not much privacy on the deck, since it's the length of the hotel.

We turned into the first entrance to the Richter Pass resort heading east from Osoyoos and wondered if we'd made a terrible mistake. The dumpsters and junk gave a poor first impression. But once we settled in we quickly came to appreciate the place. The accommodations are basic but for the price, but the beach is great and, especially when compared to neighbouring properties, it is excellent value. One of the best things about our stay here is how friendly all the other guests were, especially around the shared barbecues and outside tables by the lake. There were folks here who clearly have been visiting regularly for many years (I heard one lady say almost 50 years) and I can see why. It's down-to-earth, old-school and unpretentious in the best possible way. I just wish they could dim the lights on the balconies overnight!
