Excellent central location with easy access to transport links.
As it's not on a proper road it's very quiet at night, so no sleep disturbance.
Tea bags and milk were refilled daily without asking (sounds odd to mention but you don't always get that in my experience). It's nice to get back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing and have a brew.

"We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good."
