The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, but it was outdated and lots of things needed maintenance. The fountain flowed out and all over the floor and dining area one of our days, there were brown water marks on the ceiling of our room, gym equipment was outdated and not functional most days.

Pool, restaurant, bar were all closed for a private party. This is unacceptable when you specifically come to a 4 Star destination resort/Hoyel and pat over 400.00 a night, you expect all the amenities and services you pay for. NO apology from staff, NO compensation offered, NO customer service recovery offered at all. It was taken for granted - like oh well. Very very disappointing. A small 70 room boutique hotel maybe, not this type. Poor decisions
