The location is very convenient, situated along the main road directly opposite First Citizens Bank and Scotiabank, and within walking distance of several shops, markets, and food options. Mario’s Pizza and Domino’s are both less than a minute away, which made meals very easy. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained in terms of housekeeping, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety, and the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. That said, the property could benefit from some general upkeep and modernization in certain areas. My main issue was noise. I specifically requested a quiet room and was initially placed on the ground floor away from high-traffic areas, which I appreciated. However, there is a bar on the compound that plays very loud music from around 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and it felt as though it was directly outside my window. The noise level made it very difficult to rest. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff were understanding and promptly upgraded me to a larger suite on the fourth floor, which was a much better experience. Absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Trinidad. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and room service was on point every time. The hotel has such a great atmosphere and made my stay feel relaxing and special. This will definitely be my place to stay every time I land in Trinidad. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.

This small hotel has big personality. We stayed twice, and found the staff accommodating, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the pool/outside area very inviting and relaxing. It's close to the airport, and about a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and well prepared for us.
