Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more.

The hotel boasts stunning surroundings, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming—they gave us lots of helpful tips for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel is located right across from a beautiful park. It takes about a 6-minute walk to reach the park, where you can enjoy the lovely lotus leaves and peaceful scenery. Even when the weather is not ideal, you can still have a great time inside the hotel. The hotel has beautiful gardens and lotus flowers, making it a perfect place for taking photos and relaxing. We highly recommend the hotel’s Jin Sha Restaurant, which serves delicious Chinese cuisine. The hotel also offers a complimentary photography experience. We chose to purchase additional photos this time, and the quality was excellent. Even if you decide not to buy extra photos, the service is still outstanding. The staff provided a truly five-star experience. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou.
