Hotel is very tired, room requested was not ready and was told we needed to wait even though it was 1 hour 20 minutes after check in opened. We agreed to an alternative room with twin beds pushed together even we requested a double. The breakfast was good., didn't bother with the spa as it was in a different building.

Clean, comfortable room. Good location, wlaking distance to city centre. Good dinner menu with a few unusual item which we liked. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best. Would stay again.

"Overall, the hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cookies at the reception were delicious! The breakfast was also really good. Only downside was that there was some white noise in the room and the floors were a little squeaky."
