Por favor, no se queden en este lugar. No se dejen engañar por el precio, porque al final podría salirles mucho más caro, especialmente si terminan teniendo que mudarse a otro alojamiento. Lo recomiendo aún menos si viajan con bebés o niños. El check-in era a las 3:00 p. m., pero nos permitieron entrar hasta las 5:30 p. m. Teníamos planes para ese día y se arruinaron porque nos hicieron esperar afuera con todas nuestras maletas. Cuando finalmente entramos al apartamento, descubrimos que había una gotera en el techo. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue poner una cubeta para que ahí cayera el agua. Además, los muebles estaban muy sucios y encontramos cucarachas muertas en los baños. Entiendo que es un apartamento de renta, pero la limpieza y las condiciones no son adecuadas, especialmente para familias con niños. Como mamá, no puedo recomendar este lugar. Si viajan con su familia, les sugiero buscar otra opción donde la limpieza, el mantenimiento y el servicio sean una prioridad. Please do not stay at this place. Don’t be fooled by the low price, because in the end it could cost you much more, especially if you have to move to another accommodation. My girlfriend and I stayed at Hacienda La Labor for a romantic getaway, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Guadalajara. The property is absolutely beautiful, full of history and authentic Mexican charm. One of our favorite experiences was the horseback ride, which ended with a private picnic—it was such a unique and romantic touch that we’ll never forget. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we slept great thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was charming, the shower had great water pressure, although it was a bit small. The only thing we noticed was that the floors could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was outstanding. The chilaquiles were hands down the best we’ve had anywhere in Mexico, and every morning was something we looked forward to. The only downside was that there was construction taking place during our stay. It didn’t ruin our experience, but it would have been nice to know in advance before arriving. Overall, Hacienda La Labor is a wonderful place for couples, families, or even weddings. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with beautiful historic surroundings and unforgettable experiences, we highly recommend it. We would gladly stay here again.
