Excellent location, poorly set up. Our room was on the 3rd level but after getting off the elevator, we had to take the steps anyway. The carpet was very old and dirty. In our room, some of the outlets were not working or would stop working in the middle of the night. As the result, we were surprised to find the phons not fully charged the following day. Breakfast was good , staff were hard working and curious. Our room was too small and amenities were limited to soap and shampoo. On our last night, my husband had to go to the lobby and ask for towels. Apparently, they hind the used towels from the day before in the bathroom. He came back with hand towels only. They told him they were out of bath towels.
