We checked into connecting rooms. Immediately we noticed one had a smell but didn’t notice anything yet. A few hours later, we noticed the wall around the window AC unit was wet. So wet that it was squishy. We started looking more at the surrounding area and there was visible black mold on the wall. We immediately went to tell the front desk and asked to be moved. They had no more connecting rooms but offered their last available room. Since it was the only one left, we took it. In that room, the floor space between the AC unit and the bed was soaking wet. Not damp, soaking. We again told the front desk and they confirmed there’s no more rooms and that’s all they had to offer. We have since filed a refund request, we will see if Fairfield follows through and does the right thing. On top of the mold and wet issues, the bed sheets don’t fit the beds properly (they’re way too small)

Room AC was loud and setup in such a way it blows on you all night.couldn’t sleep and then had horrible sore throat as a result.
