Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, bedding clean with protectors but bathroom tired, laminate floor in need of replacing. Could you hear upstairs walking round & plumbing.

This hotel is a hidden gem!
The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast.
The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!

I have travelled extensively both with work and leisure and have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent property, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a very good (and scenic) restaurant.
I shall return......!

Exceptionally clean. Helpful staff. Great location. Despite being in a busy area I didn’t hear any noise. The rooms are tiny. Great for 1 but I would have struggled if I’d booked for a couple. I had a fab time and would definitely recommend for solo travellers
