The room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the location was easy to walk or explore. We will be staying here again when we visit Madrid. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Then told to wait another 10 min. By 330 the room was still not ready and we had to leave for an appointment. ...
