Great helpful service, great location, great breakfast! We would definitely stately stay here again. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and gave us a free upgrade. Overall a very positive experience!

From start to finish staying in this hotel made our holiday. It is so central and almost everything is around a 15-35 minute walk away. The hotel is so grand and the rooftop bar and restaurant were a real winner for us, amazing 360 degree views of Madrid and good food and drinks at a fair price. The staff were all so helpful and friendly particularly the doormen Angelo and Osveldo who both went above and beyond their duties to make our stay so special. The breakfast was included and we couldn't fault it. There was an amazing choice to suit everyone including bucks fizz if you wanted it, and everything was freshly made and cooked how you liked it. Our twin room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom was luxurious. There was plenty of coat hangers and wardrobe space too. There is a pool too, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it but it looked fab. They were really accommodating with storing our luggage and allowing us to use the ground floor facilities whilst we were waiting for our transfer to the airport. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. I hope I get the chance to visit it again one day.

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

The initial impression was okay, but it quickly changed when they locked the hotel and locked me out in the middle of the night with no sign or prior notice. The phone rang multiple times without anyone answering. While I appreciate that they extended my stay upon my request, which I paid for, I was hurried to pay, as if I were running away, and they woke me up in the middle of the night. I already provided my card as a guarantor, so running up to my room to wake me up from sleep was totally uncalled for. Yet the overall service was average. Breakfast is charged per room at every other hotel, but they insisted on charging per head even though breakfast was used only once.
