From the moment we stepped through the doors, the employees made us feel genuinely valued and welcome. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere, not scripted. The front desk team greeted us with warm smiles, handled check-in effortlessly, and took the time to explain everything clearly while offering great local recommendations. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently impressed us with their attentiveness and professionalism. Housekeeping was exceptional — not only keeping the room spotless but thoughtfully arranging everything to make it feel fresh and inviting every day. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, someone was there immediately, always patient, kind, and eager to help. What truly stood out was how proactive and caring the team was. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and care about their guests’ experience. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated, friendly, and consistently excellent. They are the reason this stay was so memorable, and they absolutely deserve recognition for how amazing and helpful they are.

Great location and kind staff!

This was a lovely hotel in Old Town Hanoi with a lot of character and style. We enjoyed the breakfast and the helpful and gracious staff. I’m giving the hotel four stars because we asked for a twin room and got a queen bed.
