"Great sea front property. The garden was a fabulous added bonus. The décor throughout was beautiful. Evening food was delicious! Only moan really, was our room was too hot despite the fan being on all night, and a delivery lorry parked right outside our bedroom window to roll off barrels etc (albeit 7.45am and not 5.00am) On the whole, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would stay again and recommend others to do the same."

"Room was nice and big and clean with comfy single beds. Bathroom was small and hard to move around in and toilet seat was worn and if staying Friday and saturday night you can hear loud music from nearby clubs so bring some earplugs but otherwise I enjoyed my stay here. "

"The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. "

"Stayed at GreyFriars for our Anniversary as it was conveniently located to the restaurant we were visiting. We couldn’t fault the hotel or the service we received. Upon checking in the lovely lady in reception told us that we had been upgraded to a junior suite. The room was beautifully furnished and elegant with plenty of space. Little extras, such as Nespresso machine and complementary coffee pods as well as mini fridge with drinks was a pleasant addition. The only slight improvement would be better lighting due to the windows being small for the size of the room. This would have made getting ready easier. Breakfast was faultless and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite which made our stay all the better. We will definitely be back. "
