"Easy to reach location by cab from Kowloon station. Staff was super friendly to offer restaurant tips and the 4g pocket wifi was great for our one night stay. Very nice coffee shop in the lobby.
Minor nitpicks but more storage/surfaces in the room, having some travel adaptors on hand (we had gotten used to not needing them in China which often had universal electric ports), and a proper bathroom exhaust fan would have been nice to have. "
"Love the modern design of the rooms, free mini bar and friendly staff. Its near to shopping area but not so close with the busy streets of TST which I like. Overall a pleasant stay"
"Has a nice location, near MTR. Rooms are clean with few basic amenities. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The only downside ia that sometimes there is a strong cigarette smell in the room."
"Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"
"Our stay was great. There wasnt a pool, this hotel was listed as having one on the website. But we got over that. It was very clean and tidy. Staff were lovely helpful and welcoming. Hotel decor is very tired and old but very clean so this didnt matter. Reflected in the price. Superb location. "

"Old British style luxury hotel with lots of character. The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that.

"The staff at the royal garden were exceptional. An example of how other big hotels should operate.
The rooms were standard but had essentially everything needed. Good place to stay if you want to stay just off a main road. Certainly a quieter part of town, great for light sleepers."
"The room was spacious for a family of 4. It was clean and had good hot water pressure. The surroundings was safe and convenient to access public transport. "

"Love Shangri-la Kowloon, used to stay here for the last 15yrs. Hotel is nice, service is great, but Shangri-la's people are exceptional professionals that always delight me. This time the top person was Mr. Felix Yang that completed check-in swiftly and smoothly exceeding our expectations. Will be back!"
