« Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area....

« Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it. »

« The location of this condo is great! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is only a few minutes walk out the condo boardwalk to the beach. The owners even left a few beach chairs for us to use. There are many restaurants very near-by along with fun activities such as miniature golf. The 2 pools are perfect for non-beach times. We had a lovely long stay! »

« Very nice clean room with everything I needed, campus grounds & all buildings very well manicured & maintained. Just as notes for future renter's & possible improvements 1) the location from this unit to actual beachside is quite a good distance. By no means is it "waterfront". Be aware prior to renting if walking is an issue. There are other buildings that are closer to beach although I didn't have a map of the campus prior to renting. 2) queen bed mattress in master could be updated, there...

« We were very pleased with this first-floor condo. Just what we hoped it would be. The beach is a short walk away, the heated pool just outside our door, and plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. A short drive to historic St Augustine and all the attractions in the area. Would seek this unit out again in future years. »

« The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...
