"This place was top class all the way! What a great experience from checkin to checkout! "

"Check in first, THEN you can scan your room card to access underground parking, which has convenient access to the elevator to the hotel rooms. Check-in was easy, staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Optional breakfast was amazing--very nice restaurant setting with so many food options. There's also a small Aldi grocery store literally around the corner. There appears to be a nice central courtyard with trees and a few tables/chairs for when it's not raining, but its convenience for cigarette smoke prevented us from using it."

"The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!"

"Great location, lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was lovely. Sadly I didn't have time to use the leisure club and beauty rooms, hope to do so on my return visit."
