"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Easy to walk to castle and pubs even if you go to central business and entertainment Centre. Staff checked us in early and arranged for laundry services. Enjoyed the Locke bar and traditional music."

"Beautiful, beautiful, peaceful rural manor house! Large rooms and bathrooms. Delicious light supper on days the dining room it closed. This is a great place to stay to recover from jet lag or decompress before flying home."

"Lovely hotel,great location , friendly and helpful staff.only downside was the room. Fantastic size but the bathroom door had warped and wouldn’t close without a mighty shove and the radiator made a hissing noise all night . Would stay again though ."

"The Dunraven was excellent. The room, a junior suite, was spacious and lovely. Large bathroom, terrific shower. The breakfasts were incredible and the service was cheerful and helpful. Adare was a lovely village, excellent food options and decent shopping. Lots of bus options from here as well, so it makes a good home for travel opportunities. "
