The coffee was delicious, grab some the night before if you like coffee before 7:30!, and the brown bag breakfast was just enough to fuel us until lunchtime. We wish the pool had been open but hopefully soon! Daily room service is not something you get often anymore and was a nice touch. Looking forward to a return stay. "

The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. "Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast....
