"The staff was so kind and went out of their way to continually check in on us and accommodate for our needs. We were even permitted a room change on our second day so that we could have a room with a street view balcony. The property is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Would definitely return and/or recommend this stay! "

"I was hesitant to book this hotel at 1st due to the mixed reviews but when I saw 1 jr suite was available I went for it & I am SO glad I did! Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by the front desk manager & staff. Martin helped us get settled in & gave us a tour of the room after we were greeted with delicious complimentary welcome drinks. "Overall, my stay at Hotel San Martin was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to everything.
