"We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊"

"A beautiful island. The staff were very young and seemed inexperienced but extremely friendly. Activities were a bit disorganised but maybe I should say relaxed! The living reef is brilliant.Overall a lovely place to stay "

"The only thing that was wrong was kids stuff all on ce ment path to room and beeping on a walking stick was a problem and than having to walk around there were too many tree roots. I really like the resort and am thinking off coming back but would like a room in block 1 to 14 would be nice "

"Great room. Depending on what room you have it could get a little noisy if you have noisy neighbors since some have 3~4 rooms sharing walls. The Tide Resturants is amazing one of the best food we have had. We got the special, crispy salmon and chefs bowl with barramundi. So good so we had it again the next night. Non of the other Resturants open for dinner looked that great. "

"The Staff in Zephyr Restaurant were absolutely brilliant & the food was superb. The Bathroom was not clean & a bit of elbow grease wouldn’t go astray. Room itself was comfortable & quiet. "

"The tropical garden feel and the gorgeous swimming pool was very lush. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything needed for our 5 night stay. The only negatives were, the size of the bathroom was on the small side and the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor. The rooms are tired, without basics like a couple of champagne glasses or a wine knife, We had electrical items that didn’t work. $38 for a buffet breakfast which was really basic and fairly tasteless and you could not order a proper coffee with breakfast.. A budget coffee machine that can’t make a flat white and no decaf coffee anywhere on the island. We were directed to the instant coffee sachets. You can have black coffee, black...

"Pros: The retreat room is small but it is cleverly designed to suit your needs and comfort. There are hiking tracks suit all levels and ages, even suitable for wheelchairs. Fantastic mountain view from the room, a lot wildlife, clean air, friendly helpful staff.... Cons: food is expensive. Retreat room doesn't have cooking facilities. "
