"We had stayed there years ago when it was still Jumers Chateau and remembered it to be a very charming place. We found this time that the grounds were not well kept. There were cigarette butts and beer bottle caps all over in the flower beds. As well as broken concrete on the walkways."

"I NEVER write reviews, but this experience was so horrible, i had to say something. I only chose this hote for the pool and arcade for the kids. Didn't find out until after i checked in tht the pool was not operational. Also, the arcade only took tokens and the token machine was not working. A third party maintains them, and the hotel was not going to call them because it was the weekend. The room was cold, even though the thermostat was set on 90. Ours was not the only room like this. ...
