"Overall stay was good! Location great! Hotel condition was average for the stars they have. For toilet and bath, very low water pressure. Buffet breakfast was not worth the price. Soup stock for the Noodle soup was just warm not Hot. It became cold after adding noodles. You feel nothing in their service. Injap had a more pleasant and personalized service. "

"This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops...

"My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. "

"We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day "

"What an amazing experience my family had! The facility is superb and the staff is the most hospitable we’ve ever had!!! The view from our room is breathtaking! The restaurant had excellent food even though there’s only three in the facility. Breakfast buffet is to die for! Highly recommended. "
