The letter I received from the hotel AFTER making a non-refundable reservation follows. Pagosa Lodge is under extensive renovation, therefore we do not have a pool or hot tub. "Everything about this cabin was amazing! The property owners were very easy to work with and helpful and very easy to communicate with. The only negative thing I could say is that the driveway was slick during times, which they had warned us about. We will definitely be coming back here with a bigger party."

"Requested a specific location in Wyndham Resort they advised would try to accommodate us. The pictured of place we stayed were not the same. The Masters location was out of the 1980s not updated in other pictured. I emailed Christian RRP no response. Thanks to the front desk and offering to pay for upgrade was moved to Teal Landing where has been remodeled. The Staff at Wyndham is great the VRBO and Christian terrible."
