The whole group will enjoy convenient access to everything from this centrally located place. Easy access to I-91, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, movie theater, exercise facilities, all located within a mile. It's within a 10 minute drive to Quinnipiac University, Yale University, and Yale hospital. This nicely equipped home provides all that's needed for both family trips and business trips.
1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. Makeup removal wipes are provided for your convenience.

Awesome Family Memories
The property was spacious, well kept, amble parking, perfect location and 2 minutes to all your shopping needs. I was just perfect to have all my children and there families under one roof together and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.
