The property is in a serene and quiet setting so it's easy to forget that numerous stores, restaurants, and excursions are just minutes away. Bryan was very helpful, organized, and provided excellent communication. New Hampshire is definitely one handsome state. Live free or die!"

"A true mountain home. Great views of the mountains, large windows let in lots of light. Warm and toasty, gas fireplace was easy and and came in handy when we lost power a couple of times. Plenty of space for two groups. Jack and Jill bathrooms provide good amount of privacy. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Some furniture updates needed. And a thorough cleaning. Driveway and getting in and out the door could be a bit treacherous, with ice and snow and a high step. We were there a whole month....

"The Kearsage was really nice ! Hugely comfortable beds and the luxury suite is wonderful - we had the one with the balcony - beautiful place - coming here to NC for 45 years and first time to the Kearsage - glad we did - we will absolutely be back !! So cozy and convenient ! Loved it !"

"We stayed at Neal’s with another family for a week of skiing. The house is just as advertised and the location provides great access to everything in North Conway. The house was a perfect size for the 5 kids to have their own spaces and they having the basement area allowed for separation from the adults. We would go back again in the future"
