"This is a great place if you want affordability close to the strip! The rooms are well maintained and clean. The walls are thin - so unfortunately we could hear the person in the next room when they got sick in the middle of the night. Which wouldn't have been the case if we got the adjoining rooms we requested but they couldn't accommodate that when we arrived. "I always enjoy staying at this Motel 6 because the staff is superb. They are very welcoming, polite and accommodating. Keep in mind this is Motel 6, a 2 star hotel, not the Bellagio. So you’re not gonna have the most luxurious place nor will everything about the room be perfect. "We arrived Monday evening for 1 night on our travels back to Canada. The staff was great and the room was a welcome relief after a horrifying 2 nights at Motel 6 in Palm Springs and a previous 1 night stay in North Las Vegas. Paul was very helpful at check in and within 10 minutes in the room we decided to stay a second night and Fredi was equally great when we went down to see if we could keep our room. "I wanted to check in a bit early, like 30 minutes. The guy, Shu, at the front desk made me wait. He said the rooms were still being cleaned. Even though there were like a total of 10 cars parked on the property. In other words, the place was empty. While checking me in, he was on his cell phone the entire time, speaking in some foreign language. While the place is ok, customer service is non-existent."

"I searched for a low-cost yet highly rated hotel in Winnemucca and the Holiday Motel came up on top. Although an older property, the room appeared to be newly remodeled. It was spotless and had wonderful little ammenities like Starbucks K-cups, dinner mints and wonderfully scented travel soaps. "Overall the experience was nice. The lady auditor charged me twice for the deposit, supposedly by mistake. The room was fine, but needed to be swept. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked just fine and the toilet flushed. Coffee and juice were provided free of charge. I lost my ID and when I tried paying g for another night another female audio was very rude, making me feel like I was lying. But an overall enjoyable experience. I recommend it."
