I traveled alone for Mother's Day and it was amazing!! Sophia gave me the best massage. The staff was professional and kind. The hotel has a schedule with a bunch of free activities you can participate in (Download the Excellence app). Dean takes beautiful pictures for purchase. The food options were great! Overall I had a blast.

The service at the resort was first class. We went to celebrate my birthday and throughout the day different people wished me a Happy Birthday, gave me a card at lunch, and left a cake in our room. Each morning Camille at The Kitchen Table asked how my Birthday celebration was going. She was sure to bring mimosas as soon as we were seated. The extra touches were so nice and made our week even more enjoyable!

For the price of this resort, theft is the last thing you'd expect, but my wife's expensive sunglasses went missing from our room, they were by the bathroom sink before we left for dinner and they were gone when we came back. She did not have backups and it's unbearable to keep your eyes open outside. Also, there were construction going on above us, jack hammering and grinding for 3 days before we were moved to another room. Speed of service for anything were extremely slow. Place is decent but the beach was dirty with lots of seaweed.
