« Overall very good stay South beach is very expansive so you will want a functional kitchen to make it through with a family. The amenities are clean and new. The place is not luxurious but clean enough and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Easy access , easy communication with the owner. It’s not a 5 stars hotel but it’s a very decent home away from home. I recommend it. »

« We loved staying at this condo at the Alexander! It was decorated beautifully, we had plenty of space for two couples. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the balcony view was stunning! Our host responded immediately to every text and was extremely accommodating. The pool has an adult only section and a kids section. I loved that. Also the beach was right there. And renting the chairs on the beach was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a fun Miami weekend! Can’t wait to come back! »

« Great place, location. Very clean and easy. Management was very easy to work with. Just lacked a few things. No way to plug the kitchen sink to do dishes. Not enough wash clothes. Could have used more towels. No Tupperware. The remote for the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Broom was in rough shape. »

« Property is good for All day beach access. Other than that, This joint is in need of updates. The TV are not smart, the bathrooms need updates the most. Both have tubs,but you're only able to shower. Toilets flush super weak. The property is more for beach access,nothing luxury. Le condo a besoin d'un important rafraichissement pour la peinture. The patio door curtain is dirty, a la cuisine il y a seulement un verre a vin ?, de plus the drinking plastic glasses are obsolete. La salle de bain, le rideau de douche est rouille a la partie supérieur et le pourtour du bain est a refaire !!! Regards. »

« My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for my bachelorette party. It was close to the beach and walkable to plenty of other restaurants, etc. The owner sent a long email with tons of information and recommendations for the area, which was very helpful. There was also a lot of beach towels and beach equipment available for us to use, which was amazing for us as we are from out of state. Size was perfect for us, and we had no problems with the building or check in process.would definitely...
