Parking $40/night , free Miami Beach shuttle stop nearby, minutes to South Beach. This spacious apartment is located in the remodeled historic Alexander Hotel. It has all the necessary equipment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room space, living room and balcony. The unique setting of the building allows views both from the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterways. All the rooms have cable TV and great high speed internet which Is also available through the building. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware are included. Linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets. The bathrooms includes hair dryer, amenities and an iron. Maximum occupancy of 6\. This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space. Washer and Dryers are available on each floors. The area feels very secure, which immediately puts you at ease. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, making our stay so convenient and comfortable. We especially loved the building's pool and jacuzzi – they were a great way to relax. Plus, the easy beach access and entrance to the boardwalk made it simple to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The neighborhood itself is very nice, adding to the overall positive experience. It was lovely to be right on the boardwalk and the beach. Unit had two good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms and that was a pleasant part of living there. Kitchen was adequate for our purposes. The chairs at the dining table, which were counter chairs, were uncomfortable, and not suitable for very young children nor older people, especially those with physical disabilities. There was no overhead lighting, and the lamps were not fully adequate for eating nor in the bedrooms.The balcony on the other hand was very comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean. ##### Judith K. Condo check in was very easy and the valet parking service was exceptional. I thought I was going to hate valet parking but the service was great and they gave me a weekly rate which was 25/night. Beds in condo were very comfortable, kitchen items were a bit scarce so if you are looking to do a lot of cooking this is not the place.
