« Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor. »

« Just steps away from the ocean, cozy little cottage with the comforts of home. The quiet, airy bedroom made a rainy day in Maine a great day to recover after some fun in the sun. 20-30 minutes away from Portland made it easy to have the best of both worlds. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back! »

« L'emplacement était idéal pour l'accès à la plage, au mini-golf et au '' Peer ''. C'était bien pour une famille. L'accès à une épicerie était plus difficile, il est préférable de faire les courses avant d'arriver. Nous n'avons pas réussi à entrer en contact avec l'hôte via VRBO, donc pas d'internet :-(. Une chance que nous avions la télé avec des canaux pour enfants. Cela nous a aidé. »

« While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. Not t mention the sofa whose springs literally jump out to greet you when you sit on it. Which means that you lose 2/3 of available seating. This was incidentally brought up in 2022 by another guest. « L’unité est située à deux pas de la plage et des boutiques et restos. Exceptionnel sur tous les plans : propreté des lieux, vue magnifique, confortable pour deux personnes. Andy est un hôte très ouvert et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le responsable des lieux, Blair, a été très gentil et très avenant, facile à rejoindre. Bref, nous avons apprécié notre séjour ... malgré la température 😉 »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful duplex. The location is ideal, in between Long & Short Sands, both within walking distance. We saw the most beautiful sunrise at Short Sands. The condo has a great backyard and fire pit. It is complete with all your needs, including laundry detergent, for a fun beach stay. Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. We prefer a softer mattress so we bought a mattress pad and it made all the difference. We will absolutely stay here again....
