This home is located on the southern coast of Maine, and you'll be just a shore drive away from 5 beaches in Wells and Ogunquit, along with its famed antique stores and downtown. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. An additional $75 resort fee applies The pool will open this summer from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting. Kayak dock and launch available. Bedding and towels seemed clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very usable and had the supplies we needed. It was cute and comfortable. A few disappointments… I didn’t mind that the unit was on the 3rd level, but it wasn’t the best location for my dad. I didn’t see that in the description anywhere. The listing also said it was a short walk to the ocean, but it’s really almost 2 miles to the ocean. That isn’t bad for me, but my parents couldn’t do that (especially both ways). And I wouldn’t want to walk that while schlepping stuff for the day. There’s only one mirror in the entire unit, which makes it hard for multiple people to get ready at once. A full length mirror near some natural lighting would be a nice addition. Not all areas of the condo were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The sound isolation between units was not good. You could hear the downstairs neighbors TV, people walking and some speaking. Also if the windows were open there was quite a bit of traffic noise. One bedroom didn't have any place to hang clothes and there were no mirrors in the bedrooms. ##### Kevin M.
