The house had everything we needed and as host Julie included provisions we never would have thought would be included such as toiletries, coffee machine pods and lovely gifts. The communication after booking and throughout our stay was fantastic, full of the essential information as well as suggestions and tips for our stay. We really hope to be back soon!"

"Lovely and spacious home. Great for a large family or multiple groups. Excellent secluded area for my dog to relax. Dartboard and playground was a fun extra for the kid."

"Don’t stay here if you’re expecting some shops around the corner. It’s 23 kilometres from the nearest town, but that’s the good thing about it. Out on a sheep station but with fabulous views over Backstairs Passage, a well equipped kitchen to cook in and a great outdoor deck area. An amble through the fields to a couple of completely private beaches. Swallows nesting in the garage. And yes there is a washing machine"

"We stayed 3 nights at Fairview Beach House. Great view. Short walk to the water. Sleeps up to 11, great for a family get away. Could do with a good garden tidy up, front and back. View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day."
