"It was on a quiet block, easily accessible to the sol and opera stations and nearby plazas, dining, shopping. etc. Quick walk to gines churros and el corte ingles.free coffee, tea, mini muffins in the morning. Staff are so nice. Rooms are spacious (we got two bedrooms) and so affordable. The only thing, limited toilet paper, no hair conditioner, and perhaps paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that, will recommend to others who would prefer to stay in that area."

"This is a good hotel. The area is not as convenient because there are very few restaurants near hotel. Transportation is close too. Some services not available…like laundry…which was a major reason I booked it. This was due to drought conditions in Barcelona but we were not informed nor compensated. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette is a nice touch. A few cupboards were coming off their hinges but is well equipped. I would stay there again…."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. "It was a very nice stay in Madrid at this property. The flat / apartment was comfortable, good location and well equipped. The only issue was parking and would have appreciated some guidance on the property garages The virtual agent is useless, would have been nice if there was a WhatsApp number (to a human managed account). Overall great experience, clean and maintained building and flats. Would stay here again if visiting Madrid."
