"This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace."

"The dinner and facilities are great, some staff were not that friendly. There’s a vibration noise in our room at midnight and they were able to accommodate and offer us a new room. There’s not really places to refill water bottles as well."

"It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"The hotel is very big but it never felt too busy. The room was large and clean with a lovely view over the pool and the ocean in the distance. I sent several queries in advance of our stay and didn’t receive a reply to any of them. We booked full board and the confirmation from hotels.com failed to mention that long trousers are required in the restaurant at night until 21 June. "The staff, hotel and facilities were terrific. We had a great holiday with tasty and varied food, including vegetarian. The pools were heated and everything was clean and fresh. The staff were personable and always went out of their way to help us with specific requests. "

"This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry.
